Adrian has been a dedicated member of the JCL team for over 16 years and is committed to delivering prompt and practical legal solutions. With an innate ability to deal with problems as and when they arise, Adrian is skilled in effectively managing client expectations.

Fostering a diverse range of experience, Adrian has a unique insight into a wide variety of commercial matters. In December 2018, he was approved to act as a Court Appointed Costs Assessor in Queensland.

An outcome-focused lawyer, Adrian takes a pragmatic and commercial approach to matters based on his understanding of his client’s specific needs. He is experienced in prioritising the provision of timely advice to appropriately mitigate risks and minimise costs. Since JCL’s inception, Jim has consistently adopted a pragmatic, direct and confident approach to skilfully navigate his clients through complex legal matters, with unwavering commercial results.

Jim’s impressive career has seen him serve as the Queensland State Chair of the Insolvency and Reconstruction Committee of the Business Law Section of the Law Council of Australia, Queensland State Chair of the Insolvency and Reconstruction Committee of the Queensland Law Society and the National Chair of the Insolvency and Reconstruction Committee of the Business Law Section of the Council of Australia.
